# IKEA Austria Invests €20 Million to Lower Prices

**IKEA Austria** is investing 20 million euros to lower prices for approximately 600 products across its storage, sleeping, living, and kitchen categories. This initiative includes popular series such as **KALLAX**, BESTÅ, HEMNES, POÄNG, and the IKEA 365+ collection.

Customers can find these reductions marked with the 'Neuer gesenkter Preis' label in stores, online, and via the app. Additionally, IKEA plans to keep prices stable for hundreds of other items and has issued a **METOD** kitchen price guarantee for fiscal 2027.

The move is part of a 1.2 billion euro Europe-wide initiative by the **Ingka Group** and **Inter IKEA Group**. Depending on the market and article, many products will see price cuts ranging from 15 to 25 percent to improve affordability for household essentials.
