# Innsbruck Hard Rock Café Files for Insolvency

The **HRC IBK Betriebs GmbH**, which operates the [Hard Rock Café](<https://austriareport.com/entity/hard-rock-cafe-q918151>) in [Innsbruck](<https://austriareport.com/entity/innsbruck-q1735>) as a franchisee, has filed for insolvency at the **Innsbruck Regional Court**. This filing places the future of the Maria-Theresien-Straße location and its 31 employees in significant doubt.

Management reported that revenues from July to September 2026 dropped 20 percent compared to the previous year. The company cited a severe heatwave and consumer restraint driven by inflation as primary factors for the inability to pay agreed installments.

This marks a recurring struggle for the entity founded in 2016, which previously faced insolvency in early 2025. **KSV1870** representative Klaus Schaller noted that the business could not sustain the reorganization plan recently established with its creditors.
